Hello! My name is Chelsea Neilson. I am a mother to three beautiful children. I am a certified Microblading Specialist and Softap Permanent Makeup Specialist. I have a love for the beauty industry, which is reflected in my work. I have always enjoyed pursuing my artistic side, from makeup and hair to home decor. My goal is to make every clients experience customized for their wants and needs. I try to give all of my clients the confidence they desire by giving them not only the brows that they want, but guide them to the correct brow shape to enhance their face.
